Went bow-hunting for goats with Warren at Waianae for the first time on Wednesday.

 This was the most beating I've ever had on a hunting trip. I vomited once after struggling up the steep hills trying to catch my breath. I walked right into a stick that poked straight into my eyeball, and was nearly knocked down by a rolling boulder that left a bruise on my calve and a scrape on my wrist. Although the valley didn't welcome me on my first visit, I came out with a positive. I discovered the beauty of Makua Kea'au Valley.
